KEY AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT
An additional deposit of £100 is payable when payment is being made
for lost keys and damage. This is refundable at the end of the letting
period, subject to the return of the keys and there is no damage or excess
cleaning to be done
BOOKING
A booking form and rental agreement will be sent to you which is returned
with your non-refundable deposit. The deposit payment and return of agreement
and booking form will secure the dates.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 8 weeks,
full payment is required.
